In the summer of 2007, the Bronx Journal Television program began a partnership with the Lehman College Summer Gear Up journalism program where students from several Bronx high schools were trained how to work in a journalism/TV production environment that included: working camera, teleprompting, graphics, editing, and writing scripts.
