All the reasons why Latinos
​should abhor Donald Trump:

• Created a new police force, masked goons who abuse and terrorize people in our neighborhoods. Even advertises to recruit more goons in commercials with clearly racist overtones.

• Allows Latinos to be stopped and detained based solely on the color or our skin or the language we speak.

• Allows family members, including women and children, to be violently yanked from each other, mostly to arrest people who have no criminal record.

• Executes Latinos on international waters, without legal due process, without even trying to intercept and arrest these people at sea.

• Deports immigrants even to communist countries, like never before, contradicting his own claims that he is fighting communism.

• Manipulated Congress to the extent that they won’t even swear-in a Latina who was elected to the House, because she has vowed to vote to release the pedophile Epstein files.

• Made English the official language, a move Latinos have resisted for many years, because federal government agencies can now refuse to provide services in Spanish.

• Stripped protective status from Cubans, Venezuelans and Nicaraguan, although he claims to be their friend.

• Reduced the number of refugees the US accepts, and the number of even tourists from Latin America. Made it practically impossible for our relatives to come to visit us legally!

• Destroyed the economy of many Hispanic communities, where people now fear ICE raids.

• Hired a ton of xenophobic white nationalists all over our federal government.

• Diminished or abolished most of our civil rights protections.

• Has the country’s greatest racist/xenophobe, Stephen Miller, looking for ways to keep bashing Latino immigrants.

• Has a corrupt money-bag grabber, who is clearly a bigot, as his “Immigration Czar” and a dog killer supervising him, just to show how insensitive they can be!

• Made “Sanctuary Cities” look like evil places, instead of compassionate towns.

• Claimed that migrants seeking a better life in the US were dangerous caravans of drug dealers and rapists.

• Deported Latino U.S. veterans who served this country but were undocumented. Made these deportations easier by rescinding guidance that treated military service as a "significant mitigating factor" in immigration enforcement decisions.

• Began his political career by accusing Mexicans of being rapists.

• Separated our children from their families and lost some children in the bureaucracy.

• Falsely promised that Mexico would pay for a wall – to appease American xenophobia.

• Completely gutted the Voice of America.

• Tried to rename the Gulf of Mexico.

• Created a commission to whitewash American history.

• Made multiple attempts to rescind protection from Dreamers.

• Botched the response to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico but threw paper towels at the people who need emergency relief.

• Encourages schools and libraries to ban books with stories by and about Latinos.

• Totally mismanaged the Covid crisis, causing the death of many Latinos who had less access to healthcare and more access to anti-vaccine propaganda.

• Made generalizations about Latinos, often depicting us with offensive stereotypes. Yet many of us have never even met a rapist, a drug dealer of a gang member.

• He is clearly turning this country into one of the authoritarian banana republics from which many of us fled!

And yet some Latinos still don’t see this? How does that happen? Are they uninformed, willingly ignorant cult members, or masochists?
